flexibility and yoga?
I want to start doing yoga, but I’m not very flexible…..I can’t even really straighten my legs without it hurting a little. I searched online for simple beginner’s yoga poses, but they’re a little hard on account of my inflexibility.
I was wondering, should I work on my flexibility first and then start yoga?
I recently started doing stretches when I wake up and before I go to bed, but I haven’t been doing it long enough to have any results yet.

After trying several different Yoga Dvd`s,I found an excellent one that is absolutely excellent.
(Im not very flexible either).It`s called Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss.The instructor is Susan Deyson.It has 4 women and each one does a variation of the same pose .From easiest to hardest.
This is the only yoga dvd that I`ve stuck with.I have back issues and I can choose to follow whichever woman that I feel comfortable with.
I`ve had this dvd for well over a year and I still use it once a week.
