Hahaha HIYA!
I’m playin basketball and doin yoga and i need to lose about 20-25 lbs! I’m Not lookin for a quick fix tho… I’m 5 foot 8 and weigh 142-4 :,( blah! What should I have for breakfast? I eat amazingly well for lunch (apples, celery, skim milk, weight watchers crackers, low fat turkey) but shizzy for dinner and snacks. Plz motivation and can you give me a link/instructions for more yoga poses? THX a bunch! : ) p.S. How to lose thigh fat?? I’m 14 : )

you have a perfectly fine bmi!! but i guess since ur playing basketball, you might lose a couple pounds. no more than 10 though
