What form of yoga, if any, is compatible with Christianity?
I’d like to take up yoga but I heard someone say, in passing, that a two church halls in Taunton had banned a local toddler yoga group. It was actually just one there, then the other one concurred later when the instructor tried to use the other instead.

So is yoga really uncompatible for Christians and if so why?
That’s one of the craziest things I have read. Yoga is a breath controlled aerobic workout. I read a few posts about this last night, people don’t even know what Yoga is. I don’t enjoy it but a friend of mine teaches a few classes a week. I don’t recall her ever bringing any spiritual biases to class. She is Buddhist but she does not involve her class in her religious banter. I would say that Yoga is compatible with anyone if they want to gain flexibility and health. Are they as crazy about palates as well? Cookoo bananas.
