Yoga benefits?

Hi, recently i’ve been doing some work that arent really making my back happy, i dont have back problems but lately my back have been feeling uncomfortable, i dont feel pain at all but it doesnt feel very nice and i feel that if it keeps going like this i will definetely have back problems or permanent issues in the future, i heard yoga is great for the back is it? what other benefits does it offer? and im not sure where to start, there are no yoga instructors near where i live and right now i dont have time to go very far for a class so i can only use online videos or tutorials so please recommend me some good yoga videos or link me some videos on youtube that are good for a beginner thank you =D

if you do a well rounded practice, and are careful not to push your self too hard, too fast.

There are a range of Hatha Yoga Styles of varying intensitys and approaches.
Ashtanga, Power, and Vinyasa yoga styles are generally very vigourous.
Iyengar and Anusara emphasize attention to alignment details.
Restorative yoga can be very sedate and calming.
