What should I wear for freerunning and parkour?
I’m just starting, so what should a beginner wear?
My current outfit is
. Danskin now sneakers
. no gloves
. eco yoga sustainable organic clothing – skinny jeans. (I know you shouldn’t wear jeans but it’s my most comfortable pants and I can move in them more fluently that my other pants)
. blue t-shirt with a collar
. white unzipped hoodie

Is this what I should wear to begin parkour? I’d also like to know if traceuces use ductape or ace bandages to wrap on their limbs.
first, wear loose and light running pants, Not jeans. and some skin huggingg gloves help prevent blisters, splinters and scratches.either zip the hoodie or wear a jacket. if your doing any compititions, five-toed shoes are recommended, but inter-city freerunning is better with shoes.
