today ive had 778 calories and 33.1g of fat
ive had a packet of snack a jacks which is 123 callories and 2.3 g fat
tomato soup with 2 slices of white bread (no buter) 336 calories and 14.8g fat
a drink of apple juice 15 callories
and a chocolate suprise
this had 304 CALLORIES and 16.0g FAT
i am 15
weigh 112lb
5ft 6
size 8 uk
i want to be
about 95 – 105lb
size 6 or 4 uk
the exersize i have done today is about 3.3 miles of walking which burnt about 204 calories
went on the dance mat which burnt about 160 – 200 callories
and im going to do a Yoga Dvd later
do you think thats alright or is it to much exersize or to less also is it bad or good to burn of all the callories you have ate today.
To be perfectly honest im willing to bet that you look better now than you will when your 2D. Oh and the food is really not healthy at all, you would probably be healthier eating pies all day.
