I Want to know about Dharma/Karma Yog in astrology?
I read an article about Dharma Karma yog. “It is especially significant, purposeful and auspicious when planets are connected in some way that rule the most powerful of the trikonal houses; the ninth house, and the most powerful of the kendra houses; the tenth house. This is a raja yoga of supreme import. It is called dharma/karma yoga. It is the supreme yoga of purposeful, fortunate action, for it involves bhagya bhava and karma bhava. What could be more illuminating to the self than to reveal one’s swadharma through right action in the world of manifestation. This is truly splendiferous, for it involves all four levels of dharma aligning the evolving soul with the divine intent”
I have my 9th lord in 10th house and 10th lord in 9th house….is this dharma/karma yog.? dob 23/09/1977…time 13:12…mumbai

The fundamental tenet is that in passing through our lives, we acquire PUNYAM for all our virtuous and noble acts; and likewise PAPAM for our sinful and wicked acts. They go on accumulating till the end of life then the departed Soul, automatically carries with it the accumulated burden of both PUNYAM and PAPAM, which together constitute PRARABDHA KARMA.
PRARABDHA KARMA, for every individual, is the final verdict from the Supreme God, just like the final verdict from the apex court! Accordingly, an individual must experience enjoyment as reward for the virtuous act and suffer punishment for the evil act committed in the previous birth under the Law of Karma. There is no escape from paying the penalty. The Law of Karma is inexorable and acts automatically whether we wish or not.
Karmic Law represents the principle of energy of growth. According to the Law of Karma, each individual gets return according to the energy he puts forth. It stresses the importance of right behavior or right action assumes the shape of creative power in man. The Law of Karma explains that our actions or deeds bear fruit –not necessarily simultaneously or instantaneously. No action is ever lost, but is turned into potential energy that lies dormant within man, to come up at the opportune that may be in a day, week, month, year and even in future life!
According to the world famous astrologer Late Dr. B. V. Raman, “ The law of Karma suggests that our actions physical as well as psychical are performed according to the certain regular laws with definite and in view. Actions performed may fructify in a minute, in day or in a year or in one’s life or in several lives. Actions, when performed, remain in the form of something unseen till the time of the fructification and during this something is known as Adrishta. There is no escape without the experience of the fruits of these actions until whole Adrishta is exhausted”.
The Cosmic Law of Karma holds sway over all mankind, whatever be the caste, religion or race, irrespective of its being recognized or repudiated. It makes every individual fully and solely responsible for his / her actions. All the Laws of Supreme God are universal, external, immutable, and all pervasive and know no exceptions. They are essence of perfect order and beauty, in which injustice or contradictions can never exist.
Similarly, under the theory of Law of Karma, a person is awarded appropriate reward for the good deeds done in the past birth and penalties or punishments for all the misdeeds. Accordingly, the departed soul, carrying the Karmic burden along with it, takes rebirth and thus a new chapter is opened for it on this very earth either to experience fortune or suffer the punishment in the form of misfortune life or many a times both, which means that both Heaven and Hell are on this earth itself!
The more you do Dharma in this birth the more your Karma get strenthened.
