For beginners, is it better to go straight to a Yoga class or start off with a DVD?
hi
I went to a street dance class that said it was for all levels, but I found it impossible and ended up buying a Street Dance DVD to use at home, which was much better.
I want to try yoga and am wondering whether it’s the same thing. As a novice would I be better off starting with a DVD at home then joining a class later, or are Yoga classes ok for beginnerS?
thnx
NO….go to Yoga class and they’d tell u how to do the exercises and whether or not you should do it. Its always better to be with an instructor in person. The DVD ppl can’t help u if u go wrong and strain urself
