can anyone tell me is there any problem or bad effect by practising this order…i am not doing any ashtanga yoga or vinyasa..its just only a Basic Hatha Yoga Routine…

Pranayama should be the first and Shavasana should be the last in any yogic routine. I wonder how you thought that Yoga is a mix and match routine for your convenience. There is a time for doing yoga, ideal time is immediately after sunrise. Untimely yogic poses can throw your digestive and respiratory system out of gear.

Hatha Yoga (Paperback) $35.24 HATHA YOGA: THE HIDDEN LANGUAGE takes the study and practice of hatha yoga far beyond a series of physical exercises. Building on the classical foundations of an ancient tradition, Swami Radha brilliantly synthesizes the ancient wisdom of yoga with an understanding of psychological and spiritual facets of contemporary life. Working with metaphor and symbolism, imagery and visualization, Swami Radha guides students toward a richer understanding not only of Hatha Yoga, but also of their purpose in life. With this approach, one can penetrate the mystical messages of the asanas so that the body is truly understood as a spiritual tool. |
