for Bikram Yoga do I need to buy a skidless Yoga Mat?
I’m noticing skidless mats and skidless towels sold on the internet – I guess they’re similar but not exactly the same. Please comment if you know alot about Bikram. I’m thinking of starting because a major Bikram studio is right across the street from where I live. In other words, I’m a true beginner, a total noob. Thanks.
