for Bikram Yoga. Manduka or Yogitoes mat towel?
I recommend neither.
Or the hot manduka towel.
You will sweat so much in that class, and it makes your towels get stinky over time, I can’t get the smell out of mine, and I am not even a stinky person.
I use my Manduka towels at all my vinyasa classes, Iyengar, etc. I prefer them because they are $25 cheaper than yogi toes.
For Bikram I recommend bringing a beach towel you dont care for, or getting the $20 extra large towels from Bed bath n beyond. Thats what I use.
