pilates and yoga help ppl!? ok, i bought two exercise DVDS of pilates and yoga. – do these exercise videos REALLY help you? – do you need yoga bricks to perform the exercises (instructor uses them) – is it okay if i substitute a carpet for a yoga/pilates mat? – if i do [...] best yoga/pilates dvd for men.?
